UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating final designs, working to a deadline and budget, designing for web and mobile apps, with up-to-date knowledge of UI/interaction design patterns for iOS and Android. The specialist will present, articulate, and sell design ideas and recommendations to product management and business stakeholders, closely collaborate with designers, web developers, product managers, and other team member. We’re looking for independent, proactive, smart, curious, self-learner and passionate about UX and UI design; who also will be comfortable with multi-tasking and stay current on industry tools and trends; continually learn and implement new technical skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the field of User Experience and UI Design.
• Experience designing complex B2B web products.
• Demonstrated experience building interactive prototypes of various fidelity levels and testing them with users.
• Demonstrated experience with creating detailed UI and visual designs.
• Experience working with multiple designers, product managers and engineering teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of digital design tools such Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conducting user research using various techniques.
• Creating and/or working with Design Systems.
• Creating effective user onboarding flows.
• Telling a simple story from complex data. Knowledge and experience with data visualization
