This role will involve working with modern Java technologies, cloud platforms, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines, as well as mentoring junior developers.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, scalable applications. You’ll collaborate with other senior developers, architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software solutions. This role will involve working with modern Java technologies, cloud platforms, and continuous integration/deployment pipelines, as well as mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Lead the design and development of Java-based applications, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and maintainable.
- Architecture: Work on the architecture of complex systems, implementing best practices and ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code; conduct code reviews and contribute to the team's best practices for coding, testing, and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver integrated solutions on time.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow in their technical skills and understanding of the system architecture.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and refactoring opportunities.
- Testing & Debugging: Implement automated tests, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and continuously improve the stability and quality of applications.
- DevOps: Contribute to the automation of the deployment pipeline using CI/CD tools and work with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) for building scalable systems.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on backend development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java 8+, including experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL), including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment in a cloud-native environment.
- Experience working with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control tools (e.g., Git).
