We are currently seeking a BI Analyst to join our team in either a hybrid role based out of Franklin, TN or as a remote position.As a BI Analyst, you will play a key role in leveraging data to drive business decisions, optimize processes, and provide valuable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, develop interactive dashboards, and ensure data integrity to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Reporting: Generate and automate regular and ad hoc reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across departments (marketing, operations, sales) to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across reports and dashboards.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and recommend improvements to optimize business operations.
• Advanced Analytics: Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning techniques to enhance business insights.
• Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain clear documentation of BI solutions, ensuring best practices for data governance and reporting.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Previous experience with Jasper Reports.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and automation techniques.
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Comfortable working in a screen-intensive environment for long hours with occasional breaks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
