Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate .NET Backend Developer to contribute to the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework, relational databases, and REST API development. This role offers the opportunity to tackle technical challenges, collaborate with business teams, and build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development: Design, develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using .NET technologies.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to analyze and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Robust & Secure Architecture: Implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions that align with best practices.
  • Technical Documentation: Write and maintain clear, structured, and well-documented technical specifications.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the stability and reliability of deliverables.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance application performance to improve efficiency.


Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

  • Backend Development: Proficiency in .NET Core and/or .NET Framework.
  • Database Management: Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • API Development: Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Security Best Practices: Understanding of application security principles and secure coding practices.
  • CI/CD & Cloud: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.


Soft Skills

  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts clearly.


Additional Assets

(Not mandatory but considered a plus)

  • Industry Experience: Previous work experience in the banking or financial sector.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with banking standards and regulations.


Languages

  • French & English (Fluency Required).
