2x FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL ANALYST – YOUNG GRADUATE PROGRAM

About the role:

It is part of our DNA to detect potential among young graduates or professionals and support them to grow as business analysts on IT digital transformation projects.

Our 10-day intensive academy program covers best practices around business analysis, agile delivery, SQL proficiency, quality assurance, process modeling and soft skills.

The academy training period is completed by a first client assignment under the coaching of a senior consultant in order to boost your consultancy career start!

We work hand-in-hand with our clients to identify an adequate assignment and ensure your smooth start, primarily in banking, financial and insurance sectors.

Profile:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer science, or a related technical field ; economics or engineering with IT orientation
• You have just graduated, or you have maximum 18 months experience in IT or related fields, with a strong interest in functional analysis, process management or testing roles; or have a first experience in IT role (e.g application support, development, system administration) within the financial industry
• Strong interest in the financial, banking or insurance industry
• Strong interest and familiarity with scripting/coding and prior experience with programming languages (e. g., Java, Python, JavaScript)
• Proficient with MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint)
• Familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar is an advantage
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• Fluent in English, and in French or Dutch
