We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Growth team at Ounass. This role is essential in uncovering actionable insights that enhance customer experiences and improve key performance metrics. You will work closely with the Product team to design and analyze AB experiments, explore data points across the user journey, and present findings in a clear and impactful way.

What You Will Be Doing

  • AB Testing & Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze AB experiments to optimize performance across all platforms.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Develop dashboards and reports to translate data into meaningful insights.
  • Insights & Recommendations: Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance product performance and customer experience.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform rigorous statistical significance testing, hypothesis testing, and ensure data integrity.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Support and manage tracking for new features while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Growth, Product, and Marketing to drive data-led decision-making.
  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance Ounass’ AB testing frameworks and stay updated on the latest BI trends and methodologies.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analytics role.
  • Proficiency in SQL (Python is a plus).
  • Experience with BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, QlikView, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of AB testing methodologies, Google Analytics, GTM, and Mixpanel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for data-driven decision-making and high data quality standards.
