Web Product Designer (Hybrid / Remote / Basingstoke, UK / Poland)

EasyPark's B2B Web mission is to empower businesses with a seamless and efficient platform for managing their parking needs. By providing an intuitive, self-service experience, the team aims to simplify administrative tasks, optimize account management, and enable data-driven decision-making. Their focus is on delivering user-friendly tools, all while aligning with EasyPark’s commitment to innovation and customer-centric design.

Our goal is to provide businesses with a powerful and intuitive self-service portal that simplifies parking management, enhances operational efficiency, and empowers users to take full control of their parking solutions.

Product design is essential in reaching our goal. Our design team, currently consisting of +25 members, also aspires to broaden EasyPark's offerings into new markets. This presents significant potential to improve user experience and contribute to substantial business impact.

The broader R&D organization includes a genuinely diverse and distributed team of over 450 talented specialists in product, engineering, design, and analytics; located across Stockholm, Amsterdam, Basingstoke, Tallinn, Atlanta and more.

What you’ll be doing

As an End-to-End Web Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the entire design process to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for B2B web applications. You’ll collaborate closely with user researchers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand the needs of enterprise customers and translate them into thoughtful, user-centered designs. Your work will span from initial conceptualization to the delivery of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring responsiveness and consistency across devices by leveraging design systems and best practices. You’ll conduct usability testing, analyze user feedback, and iterate on designs to continuously enhance the product experience. Additionally, you’ll document your design processes and decisions to align the team and contribute to a shared understanding of design guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the user research team and the product teams to understand the needs of B2B customers
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for B2B SaaS platforms
• Use design system to ensure consistency across all products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders
• Design responsive interfaces that work seamlessly across multiple devices and platforms
• Implement user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Create clear documentation of design processes, decisions, and guidelines
  
  

What you’ll bring to the team

• Proven experience in designing complex SaaS products for enterprise customers
• Excellent understanding of responsive design principles and cross-device consistency
• Experience with design systems and pattern libraries
• Knowledge of SaaS UI/UX design patterns and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs with business objectives
