Role Overview

As an Investment Manager, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments across the CyberSecurity, SaaS, and BioTech sectors. You will work closely with senior leadership to assess potential investment opportunities, conduct thorough due diligence, and actively manage the portfolio to maximize returns. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in these high-growth industries and contribute to the firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify investment opportunities within the CyberSecurity, SaaS, and BioTech sectors, leveraging industry knowledge and network.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, market research, and competitive analysis to evaluate investment opportunities.
• Lead due diligence processes, including financial modelling, company valuation, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with senior team members to structure and negotiate deals.
• Support portfolio companies in achieving their growth objectives through strategic advice and operational support.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and co-investors.
• Stay up to date with trends and developments in CyberSecurity, SaaS, and BioTech to anticipate future market opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking, with a focus on CyberSecurity, SaaS, or BioTech.
• Strong understanding of the investment lifecycle and experience in sourcing, structuring, and executing venture capital deals.
• Proven track record in evaluating and managing investments in high-growth sectors.
• Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong networking skills and an established network within the CyberSecurity, SaaS, or BioTech industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
