We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support central projects for our valued clients in the healthcare industry.

Role Overview: As a Project Manager at Axians, you will play a crucial role in managing a team that develops an existing solution, with direct contact to the client. You will be part of a passionate team working on innovative healthcare projects that aim to revolutionize patient care and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex project in the healthcare sector - Mandatory
• Coordinate project tasks and resources, as well as the alignment between the different teams (development team, BA team, UX team, and QA team).
• Monitor project roadmap and deliverables.
• Developer profile background (Java, React)
• Ensure financial tracking and reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Required Competencies:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• >6 years of experience in project management.
• Strong planning skills.
• Strong capacity to analyse processes to execute adjustments and optimization towards results.
• Dynamic and proactive person, with a great sense of responsibility.
• Experience in the healthcare sector.

Additional preferred Competencies:

Knowledge in:

• Experience in advanced Excel
• Good analysis, organization, and planning skills
• Team spirit and ease of interpersonal relationships.
