 Your Daily Impact:

• AI-Driven Innovation: Spearhead the integration of AI into our tech stack, optimizing e-commerce, automation, and production control systems.
• Strategic Tech Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional development teams, including freelancers, across multiple geographies to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Architect of Change: Challenge the status quo, embed cutting-edge AI capabilities, and ensure our IT landscape is future-proof and state-of-the-art.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee IT operations, ensuring security, scalability, and the seamless performance of our global software and AI-driven systems.

Your Background & Strengths:

• Tech & AI Leadership: Proven track record in leading software engineering and IT teams, with hands-on AI/ML experience to drive innovation.
• Agile Mindset: Thrive in a dynamic, agile environment with fast decision-making and strong cross-team collaboration.
• Full-Stack Mastery: Expertise in web technologies, ideally JavaScript, Java, and Postgres, plus hands-on experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Cloud & AI Infrastructure: Strong proficiency in cloud operations (AWS preferred), with experience in deploying scalable AI models and ensuring system high availability.
• E-Commerce & Automation: Ideally, experience in e-commerce (D2C focus), leveraging AI for customer personalization, recommendation engines, and predictive analytics.
• Global Communication: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
