Data Analyst

We're seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and take ownership of data reporting, quality, and insights that drive real business impact. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and actionable outcomes.

You'll report to the Head of Product, with opportunities to shape how we use data across the company.

• Designing and automating interactive reports and dashboards using advanced Excel features (pivot tables, complex formulas, and VBA macros)
• Conducting data quality checks and developing a process that scales
• Collaborating with revenue and distribution departments to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions
• Optimizing and maintaining data pipelines in collaboration with tech teams, including database operations and process automation

• You have a passion for data, love solving complex problems, and thrive on finding better ways to automate and visualize information.
• You have advanced Excel skills (including VBA for macros and automation).
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• An interest in programming. Bonus points if you know Python or any other programming language.
• Analytical and detail-oriented, you approach problems with curiosity and creativity.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Proficiency in both English and Italian

• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of the hospitality industry
• Experience working with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• An understanding of business operations and how data influences key decisions

A conversation about your technical expertise, with a focus on Excel, VBA, and data analysis. You can choose one of two options:

• Showcase Your Work: Present a project you've worked on that demonstrates your approach to data reporting and quality.
• Data Challenge: Collaborate with us on a short data problem, where we'll discuss your analysis process and thought patterns.
