Area Manager

• Coordinate the creation and implementation of short- and long-term roadmaps.
• Regularly follow-up and monitor area metrics, activities and roadmap status.
• Represent internal tools area in IT operational forums and ensure consistent communication with relevant counterparties.
• Contribute area-specific expertise to projects and initiatives with clear guidelines and enhance cross-team collaboration.
• Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
• Oversee and improve user journeys in designated tools.

• Experience in project and/or product management.
• Channel management project experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to maintain a successful communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and present complex ideas and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
