Node Backend Developer

📍 Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (Remote or Hybrid from CABA)

⏳ Duration: 3 months (possibility of extension)

💰 Monthly Retainer: $2,000 - $2,500 USD

📄 Collaboration: Contractor (40h / week)

We are looking for a skilled Node Backend Developer (Freelance) to contribute to the development of a SaaS platform for HR management, built by our subsidiary, CountFlow.

You will play a key role in designing and developing scalable backend services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and WebSockets.
• Experience with OAuth0 authentication standards and JWT token implementation.
• Strong focus on unit testing and TDD best practices.

• Fluent in English (B2 or higher) – must be able to communicate effectively in a remote team.

Nice to have

• Worked previously in a monorepo environment (Nx)
• Some frontend development experience with Angular.
• Understanding of AWS architectures, Terraform, and GitHub Actions for infrastructure automation.
