DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage and automate infrastructure using configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
• Implement and manage containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in DevOps and cloud computing.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents and emergencies as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
