Associate/Senior Associate, People (Talent Acquisition)

Job Description:

  • Partner with hiring managers to define strategic hiring needs and develop candidate profiles
  • Utilize creative and diverse sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talents
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Provide a consistently positive candidate experience by building trusted relationships with candidates
  • Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market (e.g. engineering/ AI)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and goals
  • Drive recruitment initiatives such as talent mapping and campus recruitment


Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in recruitment to hire for tech and AI roles with high talent bar
  • Experience in both in-house and recruitment agency is a plus
  • Ability to ramp up on new domains in a short period of time, and ask the right questions to build alignment with hiring teams
  • Excellent communication skills that helps build confidence and trust with internal stakeholders
  • Previous exposure with talent mapping is preferred
  • Proven ability in doing data analysis in excel/Google sheets to provide recruitment metrics and insights to hiring managers and consistently improve recruitment results
  • High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision
