Python Developer (Gen AI)

Context of the mission/Objective(s) of the job:

We have developed several innovative Generative AI assistants to streamline high-value tasks across the

company. With solutions that bring trials closer to patients, or that transform our internal helpdesks,

Generative AI brings new opportunities to generate value for patients and the company.

Your initial project will involve collaborating with app developers and users to productize an existing

prototype (built in Streamlit) using Python FastAPI and our custom internal framework. Beyond this initial

project we will be looking to leverage your experience to enrich our Generative AI capabilities.

Responsibilities.

• Develop FastAPI application back-ends that combine large language with business logic
• Act as a team player within the platform team and collaborate closely with the teams that built the
  
  

prototypes

• Work with the infra teams to deploy the app, ensuring its supportability and maintainability
• Maintain well-documented code, complete with necessary unit and integration tests.
  
  

Requirements.

• Proficient in Python and FastAPI
• Experience with Generative AI, including the use of. Familiarity with standard data analytics
  
  

libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, Streamlit, langchain, etc.

• Expertise in development tools, including GIT, IDE (preferably VSCode), and CI/CD (preferably
  
  

Azure DevOps-based).

• Ability to work independently, breaking down complex tasks into manageable subtasks and
  
  

executing them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of

collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset, capable of resolving issues independently or seeking help
  
  

and driving issues to resolution.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on developing innovative
  
  

solutions.
