AI & ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled AI & ML Engineer with 4+ years of experience in building and deploying AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Sentiment Analysis, Recommendation Engines, and AI Solution Architecture while leveraging modern AI/ML frameworks and tools. The role requires proficiency in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Vector Databases, Data Lakes, and ETL Pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI solutions for various business problems, including recommendation systems and sentiment analysis models.
Architect and implement AI pipelines, integrating Vector DB, Data Lakes, and ETL workflows for scalable data processing.
Develop, train, and fine-tune AI and deep learning models using TensorFlow and Hugging Face for NLP, computer vision, and other AI applications.
Work on RAG-based models to enhance AI-driven search and retrieval systems.
Optimize and deploy ML models in production environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
Develop regression models and predictive analytics solutions for various business applications.
Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to streamline AI workflows and ensure data quality and integrity.
Monitor AI/ML models for performance, bias detection, and continuous improvements.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate best practices into solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
4+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Strong experience in Sentiment Analysis, Recommendation Systems, and AI Architectures.
Proficiency in TensorFlow, Hugging Face, and deep learning model fine-tuning.
Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
Experience working with Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, etc.).
Knowledge of Data Lakes, ETL processes, and scalable data pipelines.
Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, and relevant ML libraries.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and AI deployment tools.
Solid understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD workflows.
Familiarity with LangChain and LLMs (Large Language Models) is a plus.
Expertise in Machine Learning Algorithms, Feature Engineering, and Model Optimization.
Proficiency in Computer Vision, NLP, and Speech Processing.
Knowledge of Regression Models and Predictive Analytics.
Experience in Training and Developing AI Models for various applications.
Knowledge of Graph Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI.
Experience with Big Data Technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with A/B Testing and model evaluation.
Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning and advanced NLP techniques.
Experience working with Graph Neural Networks and knowledge graphs.
Exposure to Generative AI and Large-Scale AI Training Pipelines.
