FULL STACK DEVELOPER

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our team as an individual contributor. This role will involve a mix of custom development work for customers, internal product development, and technical support. The ideal candidate will be able to take ownership of complex technical challenges, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions across various types of projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independent Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reliable software solutions with minimal supervision, taking ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish.

• Complex Problem Solving: Analyze complex technical problems, identify efficient solutions, and implement them effectively within existing systems or new projects.

• Product & Feature Development: Contribute to the development of internal products like the Roghnu Data Portal, focusing on enhancing existing features and implementing new functionalities.

• API & Integration Expertise: Build and maintain robust API integrations, ensuring smooth data flow between systems and external applications.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test scenarios and data sets, perform rigorous testing, and document results to ensure the highest quality of the delivered solutions.

• Documentation: Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for internal use, including design specifications and code annotations.

• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other developers to ensure projects align with customer requirements and deadlines, while maintaining a focus on the technical execution. 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• 6+ years of software development experience, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and solve complex technical problems.

• Strong experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL procedures, triggers, tables, views, and bulk data processing. Familiarity with handling payloads in CSV, XML, and JSON formats.

• Expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework, with a strong focus on back-end development.

• Extensive experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations, with a preference for experience working with ERP and CRM APIs.

• Ability to dissect complex technical issues and design scalable, maintainable solutions.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

DESIRED SKILLS

• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial workflow automation.

• Knowledge of security best practices, including data protection, secure coding, and vulnerability management.

• Experience with data monitoring and observability tools for performance tracking, metrics, and logging.
