Frontend Software Engineer

We are looking for a talented Frontend Software Engineer focused on building and shaping cutting-edge web and mobile applications that make Harmonic’s mathematical superintelligence helpful and delightful to consumers. We’re looking for driven self-starters with a proven track record of delivering ambitious, high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain engaging web/mobile applications with a strong focus on quality and user experience
• Work closely with design and product teams to translate vision into reality
• Utilize AI-native tools (like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development
• Take ownership of the product’s frontend experience, ensuring top performance and scalability
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
  
  

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex native mobile or web apps.
• Experience with experimentation and iterative development processes.
• Proven work ethic, self-motivation, and a passion for building impactful products
• Experience collaborating with designers, including familiarity with Figma.
• Solid product sense, an eye for design, and a willingness to think critically about user experience.
• Experience with modern software development practices including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build and deployment processes, and testing.
• Proven track record operating successfully in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Expo and React Native
• Prior experience in collaborating with research teams or in a research-driven environment.
• Experience in developing products from concept to launch.
