Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive merchant engagement, adoption, and retention.
2. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
3. Conduct research to assess market trends, competitor approaches, and user needs.
4. Streamline workflows and introduce solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
6. Partner with product, marketing, partnerships, sales, and BI teams to align operations with business objectives.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Marketing or a related field.
2. Background in product operations, product management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or the technology sector.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making based on insights.
4. Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
