Role Overview:


We are seeking a skilled and dynamic IT Project Manager with a strong background in finance, ERP/EPM systems, data integration, infrastructure, and security. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project management for our Financial System Transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of key outcomes within scope, time, and budget. This role requires hands-on expertise in ETL processes, data mapping, and the integration of financial systems, along with strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Project Leadership:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of financial system transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, applying best practices in project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication to ensure transparency, manage expectations, and drive alignment across teams.

Financial Systems Expertise:

• Lead the implementation or migration of ERP/EPM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Collaborate with finance teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and drive adoption of financial technologies

Data Integration & ETL Processes:

• Oversee data integration processes, including ETL workflows, to ensure accurate and efficient data movement between systems.
• Lead efforts in data mapping and validation to maintain data integrity and consistency.

Infrastructure & Security:

• Work closely with IT infrastructure and security teams to ensure the financial systems are robust, secure, and compliant with organizational standards.
• Address potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect data and system operations.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, risk logs, and lessons learned.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ERP/EPM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar).
• Proficiency in ETL tools and processes, with experience in data mapping and integration.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security principles in the context of financial systems.
• Finance Knowledge: Ability to translate financial processes and language into technical solutions.
• Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing financial system transformation projects with a focus on delivering results within scope and timeline.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage conflicts effectively.
