Job Description

• Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers
• Own decisions about the technical aspects of a product and its architecture
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritise project requirements
• Supervise the development of scalable, high-performance software solutions
• Ensure that code quality, performance, and security standards are met
• Identify and address any technical challenges and bottlenecks
• Continuously improve development processes and your team’s performance
• Work as a part of the team in hands-on development
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in frontend technologies and frameworks
• At least a year of proven experience in leading a team of developers
• You’re a creative, fast learner who enjoys overcoming challenges in a complex environment
• You have excellent communication skills, an inherent willingness to help others and the ability to deep dive into complex applications
• You’re proactive with a desire to understand how things work
• You articulate your ideas effectively in English both verbally and in writing

Salary range is 5000 - 8000 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSU package)
