What You'll do:

  • Lead the PHP development team, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Oversee the full task development lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
  • Review and approve Pull Requests (PRs) to maintain high code quality.
  • Manage deployments for both testing and production environments.
  • Ensure best development practices and coding standards are followed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Analysts team to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Hybrid model in Lisbon 3x/week


What You Are:

  • An experienced PHP developer with at least 5 years of expertise in PHP and Symfony frameworks.
  • A strong leader with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing development teams.
  • Proficient in version control systems, particularly GIT and Bitbucket.
  • Familiar with deployment pipelines and server management in production environments.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model, with availability to be on-site in Lisbon three times a week.
  • Bonus points if you have experience with microservices, Docker, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Composer, PHPUnit, Yarn, and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3 (SASS), JavaScript, jQuery, or Vue.js.
