  • Gross salary. 2,880-4,320 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies


What You Will Do:


  • Develop and implement an independent RDARR validation framework aligned with BCBS 239 & ECB RDARR guidelines
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to create and refine data management questionnaires, ensuring consistent risk assessments
  • Improve RDARR compliance metrics, applying practical insights that resonate with stakeholders
  • Coordinate assessments of data governance, risk data aggregation, and reporting, delivering clear recommendations to senior management
  • Provide training and guidance on validation procedures, fostering a shared understanding of RDARR principles
  • Engage and negotiate with various stakeholders to establish consensus on risk data standards
  • Contribute to team success with strong interpersonal skills, positive energy, and adaptability


What We Expect:


  • Higher education in Finance, Economics, Data Management or a related field
  • Solid experience in policy compliance or control roles, ideally with regulatory-driven projects
  • Strong understanding of mathematical/statistical concepts needed for quantitative risk management
  • Basic to good knowledge of banking products, processes, IT systems, and risk management regulations (familiarity with BCBS 239/ECB RDARR is an advantage)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to unify diverse perspectives
  • Proven ability to organize data collection, conduct analyses, and communicate findings clearly
  • Analytical thinking, fast decision-making, and effective time management
  • Familiarity with MS Power Platform tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate) is beneficial
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on a Pan-Baltic level
