Team Lead SW Developer in C/C++

Proclinical is partnering with a Medical Devices company who are seeking a motivated and passionate Software Team Lead to join their innovative development team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of technology, developing pioneering products for global markets. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of innovative products from concept to market readiness.
• Oversee and guide a team of software developers.
• Engage in client-facing activities, including project marketing and sales.
• Develop embedded software solutions using C/C++, Python, or Rust.
• Implement and promote agile development processes.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in all projects.
• Balance risk and opportunity to achieve project goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Rust.
• Experience in a leadership role or related capacity.
• Fluency in German.
• Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of embedded systems, connectivity solutions, and IoT services.
• Strong client-facing and project marketing skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive technological advancements.
