Network Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client looking for a Network Engineer to work in Manhattan. Responsibilities:

• Gain configuration information from the Juniper switches
• Onsite to open box and configure Arista switches
• Onsite at main hospital and remote locations to perform the replacement of Juniper switches with Arista switches
• Migrations are performed after hours on the weekend and week days
• Total hours per week 35 with 8 hours after hours (Saturday -4 hours, Sunday -4 hours) 3 months' timeframe
  
  

Requirements

• Ability to configure Arista switches via CloudVision using Studio
• To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
