Full Stack Developer

Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Full-Stack Developer to take the lead in building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from the ground up. This project centers around developing a Web3 analytics tool aimed at enhancing governance within the Polkadot ecosystem, mitigating double-dipping, and facilitating more informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development: Drive the end-to-end development of a new Web3 analytics platform, from conceptualization to final deployment.
Open-Source Deployment: Build a public, user-friendly application that is accessible to the broader community, ensuring an intuitive experience.
Data Architecture: Design and implement a comprehensive dataset, integrating both on-chain and off-chain data, accessible via an AI-powered chatbot interface.
Blockchain & AI Integration: Utilize OpenAI APIs and Polkadot.js to retrieve blockchain-based insights, such as governance proposals and voting records.
User-Centric Interface: Develop an intuitive chatbot-based search tool, allowing users to interact with complex data using keyword-based queries.
Collaboration & AI Integration: Work alongside third-party providers to incorporate AI-driven functionalities that optimize data accessibility.
Innovation & Rapid Prototyping: Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to swiftly prototype, test, and iterate the product to align with project goals and tight timelines.
Tech Stack: Leverage Node.js, Next.js, and Reactensuring compatibility with other Polkadot ecosystem applicationswhile maintaining flexibility to adapt the stack as needed.

What Were Looking For

Full-Stack Expertise: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end web application development.
Web3 & Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, particularly Polkadot, and hands-on experience with Polkadot.js API.
Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Next.js, and React, with an openness to quickly adapting to emerging technologies.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-starter mentality, capable of working independently, rapidly iterating solutions, and making critical product decisions.
Data Management & Querying: Experience handling on-chain and off-chain data, integrating it into intelligent, user-accessible solutions.
