Data & AI Business Developer

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our Data & AI Department.

Your primary goal will be to develop new business opportunities and expand our market presence by promoting data-centric and AI-driven solutions.

While knowing the technical aspects of Data & AI is an advantage, we believe the ability to learn and stay current with emerging technologies is far more critical. Your potential and proactive attitude matter more to us than the length of your experience; do not see your potential lack of experience as a limiting factor.

Equally important is your ability to communicate clearly with clients, bridging business requirements and technological capabilities.

This is not merely a sales-focused position; it requires an understanding of technical concepts and a commitment to staying up to date with emerging technologies in order to provide market-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, lasting relationships across various clients and industries for our Data & AI services.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Technical, Marketing) to ensure alignment on business goals and strategy.

• Understand client needs and challenges, translating them into relevant data-driven solutions.

• Clearly communicate technical concepts and benefits to non-technical audiences, ensuring mutual understanding.

• Participate in scope and contract discussions.

• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven strategies to shape Claranet’s offerings.

• Contribute actively to marketing materials, solution proposals, and presentations.

Requirements:

• An enthusiastic interest in Data & AI, capable of rapidly learning new concepts and technologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at bridging business needs and technical considerations.

• A proactive mindset with a keen sense of initiative, collaboration, and drive for continuous improvement.

• Fluency in Portuguese and proficient English language skills.
