Java Developer

Your impact in the role

• Deliver high quality, reusable and testable software components for highly scalable backend services using Java technology.
• Be part of the team planning and improvement using agile methodologies.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and resolve issues as they arise while working within a team.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, technological knowledge, and communication skills.
• Remain up to date with new development trends and technologies and contribute to company-wide technology decisions.

What matters the most for this role

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Java
• Experience working with Spring / SpringBoot
• Experience in the development of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experienced with highly scalable and performant backend services
• Experienced in working autonomously within and agile environment
• Excellent at solving complex problems
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
