About Granstudio | Designing future mobility means

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer to join our Business Development Team in Turin, Italy.

The ideal candidate will excel at identifying and managing business opportunities, not only in our core businesses such as automotive design and mobility, but also within the realms of HMI, UX/UI, and digital product design.

Your Objectives as a Business Developer in GS:

• Identify and actively pursue new clients to expand our business;
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team to craft go-to-market strategies;
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from crafting tailored proposals to overseeing project delivery, ensuring client satisfaction;
• Work closely with internal design teams to deliver high-quality solutions;
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, identifying new commercial opportunities within and beyond current projects;
• Represent Granstudio at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, showcasing our expertise in digital and physical product innovation.

Your Expertise and Background:

• Proven experience in sales/business development teams in industries such as automotive, consumer electronics and smart devices, or in areas related to HMI, digital transformation, and product innovation;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian or Chinese is a plus), with a talent for building trust and fostering long-term client relationships;
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach;
• Ability to synthesise complex technical and design concepts into compelling business proposals and presentations.
