Project Overview

This role involves developing and implementing sustainability solutions to support the energy transition and massive electrification, aligning with goal of achieving a net-zero electricity system.

Key Skills

• Product Ownership: At least five years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably for digital software products.
• Energy Sector Experience: Experience in the energy sector with a strong understanding of sustainability concepts within the energy market.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Product Vision and Strategy: Ability to develop and communicate product vision and strategy, aligning with customer needs and company goals.
• Technical Collaboration: Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver products.
• Market Launch: Knowledge of how to launch a product to market.
• Solution-Oriented: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with customer/end-user needs and company goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and effectively communicate the product vision, strategy, and performance.
• Customer Support: Support current and future customers and energy service providers in building or accessing new services based on their sustainability needs.
• Event Participation: Participate in events, conferences, and workshops with stakeholders related to the products and services in scope.
• Implementation Leadership: Lead the implementation of products and functionalities under your responsibility, ensuring understanding and implementation consistent with local responsibilities and opportunities.
• Design and Process Challenge: Challenge design principles, technical solutions, and define operational processes.
• Product Team Ceremonies: Take defined roles in the Product Team’s ceremonies.
• Digital Transformation: Ensure products and services are developed with an eye on the digital transformation and platformisation strategy.
