The Project Manager will oversee the coordination and execution of IT and business team activities related to the development of a new Data Platform tailored for the US region. This role requires close collaboration with the Business Project Manager to ensure alignment between technical and business goals. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the allocated budget, identifying and mitigating risks, and maintaining comprehensive progress reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing hybrid projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

YOU WILL

• Coordinate project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to align goals and priorities.
• Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and report regularly on project progress.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the US and European time zones to maintain project momentum and clear communication.
• Ensure documentation of all project phases and maintain updated records for audit purposes.
• Facilitate team collaboration in a hybrid environment, leveraging both Agile and Waterfall frameworks to optimize project efficiency.
• Deliver a high-quality Data Platform solution within the allocated timeline and budget.
• Establish clear communication channels between IT and business units for seamless collaboration.
• Provide consistent updates to stakeholders on project risks, progress, and achievements.
• Ensure project milestones are met in alignment with business goals and technical specifications.
