Senior Analytics Consultant

Senior Analytical Consultant required with expertise in the Microsoft BI stack, particularly Power BI and Fabric or Synapse Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing. This role will involve working closely with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights, as well as mentoring and guiding a team of developers to build and optimize BI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement BI solutions using Power BI, Fabric, and/or Synapse Analytics.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
• Mentor, guide, and support a team of BI developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Optimize data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability.
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and technical issues within the BI ecosystem.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the Microsoft BI stack.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Experience in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL development.
• Ability to mentor and guide a team of developers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, etc.) is a plus.
