Position Overview:

I am seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transport Management Systems (TMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support a leading retailer in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail operations and act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, driving system enhancements and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven Business Analyst experience within the retail sector.
• Strong functional knowledge of WMS, TMS, CMS, and LMS solutions.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in system implementation, integration, and process optimization.
• Prior experience working in the GCC retail market is highly desirable.
