They are seeking a passionate and experienced AI product designer to join their growing team. What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design of intuitive UIs, collaborating with product and engineering teams to address user pain points and requirements.
• Develop a comprehensive product design system for their Enterprise AI product.
• Partner with branding and marketing teams to create compelling assets.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user-centered design principles.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
• Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across all AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to implement design specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to enhance user interfaces.
• Advocate for user experience best practices and design principles within the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• A bachelor’s or higher degree in human-computer interaction, design, or a related field.
• UI Design Proficiency: Proven experience in UX/UI design for software applications.
• Figma Expertise: Ability to design UI to spec using Figma with strong attention to detail, polish, and consistency.
• User Empathy: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience with usability testing and user research.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous UX/UI design work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in enterprise software.
• Experience working in an early-stage company or on 0-1 products.
• Familiarity with basic ML/GenAI concepts.
