We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Agile Coach to lead enterprise-level agile transformation initiatives in a dynamic corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving large-scale agile transformations, fostering a culture of agility, and coaching leadership and teams in adopting agile principles and practices. Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or equivalent frameworks is essential.

This is an on-site role based in Çerkezköy, Turkey. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about agility but also capable of delivering measurable value through impactful coaching and mentoring at the organizational level.

Requirements

• University Degree from a reputable university in Computer engineering, information Systems engineering, computer sciences, software engineering, 
• Preferred a minimum 3 years of IT Security Concepts. 
• Fluency in spoken and written English, 
• Understanding of large enterprise IT environments, 
• Knowledge of using agile tools such as Jira, Miro etc. 
• Ability to influence others to achieve results, 
• Proven presentation and consultative skills, 
• Having solution oriented negotiator approach - can reach appropriate resolution in many varied situations without damaging internal or external relationships, 
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and tasks coordination ability, 
• Demonstrate a high degree of self-awareness and commitment to personal development and learning, 
• No restriction for domestic / international travel,

Job Descrtiption 

• This role is generally about analytical responsibility together with operational SOC/NOC. Having experience about technologies below for developing SOC/NOC infrastructure, working together with SOC Tiers and vendor parties to achieve the main objective which is handling customer logging, monitoring and incident tracking needs. 

• Knowledge about The Adversarial Tactics, Techniques, and Common Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK which is a guideline for classifying and describing cyberattacks and intrusions is highly preference. 

• Log management and monitoring knowledge, SIEM (Security Incident and Event Management) experience is highly preference reason, knowledge about log parsers, scripting and alarm/ticket handling is also highly preference. 

• Knowledge about Cloud Environment AWS, GCP. Having Foundation and Security Certificate on these platforms is highly preference. 

• Knowledge about compliance and regulation concepts, PCI, ISO27001, NIST, 5651, KVKK, GDPR etc. is preference. 

• General knowledge about security concepts and infrastructures such as firewall, web filtering, EDR, AV, WAF, Sandbox, Honeypot, OT (ICS and SCADA Operation Technologies) Security and commentate about their logging outputs. System Administration/Operation experience of these technologies is preference. 

• General knowledge about networking concepts such as switches, AP, routers, load balancers and commentate about their logging outputs. System Administration/Operation experience of these technologies is preference. 

• Knowledge about Windows/Linux Event log, OS system logs, application logs (DNS, DHCP, SQL, Exchange, file server etc.). System Administration/Operation experience of these technologies is preference. 

• Knowledge about syslog, snmp, netflow/sflow, elastic search, concepts is optional preference. 

• Knowledge about SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation and Response) playbooks, python and XML experience is optional preference
