IT ANALYST ONE RECORD

We are looking for a talented and driven IT Analyst (independent consultant) to join our team and help us successfully implement IATA ONE Record framework. The ideal candidate will gather and transform business requirements into actionable items, break down complex requirements into tangible DevOps user stories, and develop, manage, and test APIs using Postman. He/She will help on the coordination with service providers, implement robust API testing strategies, perform end-to-end system testing with the Test & QA team, streamline communication, participate in stakeholder calls, and create reports and dashboards using PowerBI. Strong technical and communication skills are essential, and fluency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of supply chain MOP and cIMP/cXML FWB structure will be an advantage.

TASK RESPONSABILITIES

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders using different requirement techniques and transform them into actionable items.
• Break down complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Develop, manage, and test APIs using Postman to ensure seamless data integration and communication between systems.
• Send payloads via Postman and validate the behavior in the cargo management system.
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve any discrepancies and ensure alignment with desired outcomes.
• Implement robust API testing strategies to validate data accuracy and performance.
• Be capable of performing end-to-end system testing.
• Proactively streamline communication through the different channels to enhance project efficiency.
• Participate in regular calls with internal and external stakeholders to discuss action points on ONE Record implementation.
• Technical and analytical skills: Strong understanding of HTTP methods, JSON/XML data formats, and the ability to troubleshoot API issues and analyse responses.
• Translate complex technical readings and keep a centralized record hub continuously updated for stakeholders.

• CBAP and/or Prince 2 foundation & practitioner and/or PMP will be an advantage

This is a part time (3 days/week) role for an independent consultant with a start date in April 2025. Presence on clients site in Luxembourg will be required on weekly basis.
