The Product department focuses on creating world-leading cybersecurity products and works closely with technical, marketing and sales departments. The main goal is to take our products above and beyond using cutting edge technologies and help organizations resolve their security related problems.

B2C Checkout

Join our Checkout team, a critical part of our organization. Our checkout team helps customers learn and purchase the right products from our Nord suits. You’ll work closely with different development teams to drive the future success of our company. Transform business problems into sustainable, future-proof e-commerce solutions through pricing management solutions and checkout applications.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, design, data, and engineering professionals to improve and optimize purchase flow. Including multiple products with multiple dimensions of attributes and flows, accompanied by personalization, localization, and experiments;
• Be an expert in communication, making sure there’s buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies and clear instructions and deliverables for the developers;
• Taking ownership of the development cycle by being the contact person keeps a high-level perspective, defines goals, keeps track of the roadmap, and drives constant updates and insights;
• Be the point person on the product development team, using a high-level perspective to define goals and validate the requirements of development projects;
• Be an expert at understanding and anticipating customer and stakeholder needs
  
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of product management where you have successfully nurtured an agile development cycle within development teams;
• The ability to communicate with all stakeholders and developers to manage expectations, provide progress updates, and solve dependencies;
• Strong technical understanding of how software is built, packaged, and deployed;
• Passion for design and usability;
• Experience in data tools (GA, Looker), localization and personalization, and A/B experimentation is a plus
