Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with mid-level experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and creating compelling visuals that communicate our mission, values, and product to our target audience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong design portfolio, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Part time - 30 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce high-quality visuals, including social media graphics, website assets, email campaigns and presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Maintain and evolve the company's visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials
Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs
Create motion graphics, animations, or interactive media to enhance digital content as needed
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketer and developers, to ensure cohesive messaging and visuals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and relevance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the technology, cybersecurity, or B2B sectors
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools; experience with video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to collaborate with web developers
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
A proactive, collaborative attitude and a passion for storytelling through design

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in cybersecurity or a related technology field
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Canva
Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other web design basics
Understanding of SEO principles as they relate to visual content
