Are you a skilled IT professional with a passion for ensuring seamless workstation performance and delivering top-tier technical support? We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining company IT-equipment, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the IT team to develop efficient technical solutions. What you will be doing:

  • Install, configure, and ensure the uninterrupted operation of employee workstations.
  • Develop need-based technical solutions in collaboration with the IT team.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for workstations.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve workstation & video conference equipment-related issues.
  • Deliver Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support for end-users.
  • Document work processes and automate recurring tasks to improve efficiency.


You are a good fit if you have the following:

  • Proven experience in workstation setup, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective user support and documentation.
  • Fluent Estonian and English (both written and spoken) is required.


Additional skills (preferred but not required):

  • Experience with enterprise IT management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, JAMF, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Previous experience working with remote support tools and virtual environments.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g. Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Managing Modern Desktops, ITIL Foundation) is a strong plus.
