Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist at PRODIVI. The role will involve HR management, developing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The position is located in Kaunas but allows for some work from home.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing HR policies and managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus

Gross Salary: €1,500–€2,500 per month, depending on experience. The final amount is negotiable.
