Are you a seasoned C++ Developer with 6-8 years of experience in Telecom BSS and a knack for L2 Application Maintenance & Operations? We’re looking for a talented freelancer to join a dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland!

Your Role:

• Manage applications, incidents, and service requests using ITIL V4 processes.
• Analyze customer requirements, provide technical solutions, and estimate project scope.
• Perform upgrades and proactively address application vulnerabilities.
• Support the SDLC model to meet customer needs.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in C, ProC, Linux, and Shell scripting.
• Strong background in Telecom BSS and billing operations.
• ITIL certification is a plus!
