Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Implement effective project controls to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and updates regularly to stakeholders and management.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure that team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to secure necessary resources for project success.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project expenditures.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the energy sector, with a focus on renewable energy, power generation, or related areas.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of energy project lifecycle, from feasibility studies to commissioning.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the energy industry.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
