PHP Developer - Symfony - £45,000


We are seeking a skilled PHP developer to join an agile development team focussed on building cutting edge visualisation tech. In this role, you will contribute to the enhancement, creation, and maintenance of their Symfony-based web applications.


The company are going through a huge growth phase right now & are looking to hire multiple mid level PHP developers.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain custom-built, cutting-edge applications.

• Write clean, understandable code.

• Participate in project estimations.

• Engage in all phases of the development lifecycle.

• Collaborate with senior devs, business stakeholders, and the wider development team to understand project scopes.



Essential:

• At least 4 years’ experience using OOPHP (PHP7+)

• MVC (Ideally Symfony).

• MySQL

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Ajax.



Desirable:

• Working knowledge of the Symfony (or equivalent) framework.

• Working knowledge of the Doctrine ORM.

• Experience in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs.


The role can be either hybrid in Yorkshire or fully remote (must be UK based).
