Infrastructure Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple IT projects across infrastructure, collaboration tools, and cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Governance:

• Creation and management of project governance documents, including PID, RACI, and requirement documents.

1. Project Planning:

• Collaborate with technical resources to develop project plans, implementation approaches, and resource allocation strategies.

1. Project Execution and Delivery:

• Oversee all aspects of project delivery, including:
• Weekly and monthly reporting to stakeholders and Project Board.
• Budget, resource, risk, and issue management.
• Vendor management, where applicable.
• Perform project-specific tasks such as data analysis, communications, and process documentation.

Eligibility Requirements

Experience:

• 3–7 years of hands-on project management experience in IT infrastructure projects, with expertise in:
• Wintel Server upgrade projects (Windows Server, Citrix, AIX).
• Desktop replacement projects (Windows 10).
• Storage infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Email and collaboration tools (O365, SharePoint).
• Network and telephony upgrade projects.
• Desirable experience in:
• Azure cloud-based data solutions.
• Oracle database upgrade projects.
• DevOps and automation projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in relevant technologies, including but not limited to:
• Windows Server 2012/2016.
• SharePoint/SharePoint Online/OneDrive.
• Microsoft Intune/AutoPilot.
• ZScaler, Office 365, and Azure.
• Windows 10, Oracle, WebSphere, DELL EMC.
• Network switches (Cisco, Palo Alto).
• Compliance:
• Familiarity with GDPR and other data-related regulations.
• Work Authorization:
• Right to work in the EU and the UK.
