As the Full-Stack Engineer, you will lead our tech efforts, guiding the evolution of our platform and products while shaping the future of financial decision-making.

Tasks

Your Role

  • Lead the continued full-stack development of our platform and products
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver robust solutions
  • Guide the company’s technical direction in partnership with the CEO and product manager
  • Operate our platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Kubernetes
  • Build exciting, customer-focused features that drive the next wave of innovation

Requirements

Your Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Scala OR other JVM-based languages and willingness to learn Scala (at least 𝟮-𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 and a passion for learning new tech)
  • Experience in frontend development using Vue.js (or similar frameworks)
  • Familiarity with git and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (or similar)
  • Expertise in managing cloud-based deployments with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on GCP
  • Good command of SQL, ideally experience with Postgres
  • A team player who communicates clearly, listens well, and delivers efficiently
  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy and flexibility
  • Proficiency in either German or English

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with Play Framework, Slick, Catz, and other functional programming tools
  • Passion for behavioral science and psychological data
  • Experience leading & coordinating outsourced development projects

A competitive gross monthly salary, based on your qualifications and experience, with a salary that exceeds the collective bargaining agreement.
