Position: Chief Technology Officer (Hybrid Contract Role)

Location: Dublin, Ireland (with remote work flexibility)

Role Description:

We are on the lookout for an innovative Chief Technology Officer to lead our technological initiatives. This critical role involves managing the overall IT strategy, architecture, and hands-on development of AI, software, and machine learning projects. The CTO will:

• Oversee daily product development operations.
• Facilitate tech stack transitions to development partnerships.
• Lead our IT department through research, design, and development phases.
• Build and manage in-house technical teams.
• Deliver regular updates in C-suite meetings and work closely with the CEO and technology partners.
• Establish and manage all in-house IT systems until team expansion.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in software and product development.
• Deep expertise in AI and machine learning development.
• Robust project management skills.
• Strong grasp of IT strategy and architecture.
• Demonstrated leadership, with strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a senior technology leadership role.
• Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest in AI technologies and data analytics.
• Proven track record of taking innovations from concept to product launch.

Additional Opportunities:

The position offers a co-founder role, with the initial 12 to 14 weeks being equity-based. A salary will be provided post the first funding rounds. The CTO will:

• Represent ProcessX at Irish, European, and US accelerator programs.
• Attend advanced technology conferences worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the technological infrastructure for our MVP.
• Develop a comprehensive data platform for predictive AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions.
• Drive the development of a 360-degree platform and app that align with our vision of enhancing wellness and performance.
