We’re looking for a creative UX/UI Designer who’s passionate about crafting visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences. As part of Shopware’s 14-person strong UX team, you’ll help shape the design and usability of our corporate websites, ensuring they reflect Shopware’s innovative and forward-thinking spirit. No matter where you work, you are an integral part of the team. Therefore, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer - Website (m/f/d) throughout Germany!

These are your tasks:

• Create inspiring design concepts: You’ll turn ideas into visually engaging and functional web designs, using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring your concepts to life. By staying informed about the latest UI/UX trends, you’ll ensure Shopware’s websites are always cutting-edge and impactful.
• Focus on exceptional user experiences: You’ll design with users in mind, delivering intuitive interfaces that balance visual appeal with usability. By aligning your work with project goals and audience needs, you’ll create digital experiences that delight and convert.
• Collaborate closely with developers: Partnering with our development team, you’ll ensure your designs are implemented with precision and maintain high standards of quality and accessibility. Regular feedback and communication will help bridge the gap between design and execution.
• Apply and expand our design system: You’ll utilize Shopware’s established design system as the foundation for your work, ensuring consistency across all corporate websites. At the same time, you’ll explore creative solutions that push beyond existing patterns and enrich our visual identity.
  
  

This is what you’ll bring to the table:

• UX/UI design expertise: You have experience working on impactful digital projects, backed by a portfolio that showcases your ability to create both beautiful and user-friendly designs. Figma is your go-to tool, and you’re skilled at using it to craft and prototype interfaces.
• Empathy and problem-solving skills: You approach design with a user-first mindset, translating complex requirements into clear, effective solutions. Your work is detail-oriented and driven by a commitment to quality.
• Complex content & internationalization: You’re comfortable designing for websites with multi-language and multi-regional requirements, ensuring usability and clarity for diverse audiences.
• Technical literacy: While coding isn’t a requirement, you have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks, allowing you to collaborate effectively with developers and assess the feasibility of your designs.
• Strong communication skills: You’re confident in presenting your concepts and discussing your design decisions with stakeholders. English fluency is essential, and German skills are a plus.
• Exploration in 3D design: You’re curious about using 3D design to expand our visual design language. Experimenting with 3D tools excites you, and you see it as an opportunity to push boundaries and elevate our digital presence.
