Internship - Product Design

Tata CLiQ is the flagship digital commerce initiative of the Tata Group. It is a multi-category e-commerce platform, operating across categories such as Fashion, Footwear and Accessories, Beauty, and Luxury. It has a unique omnichannel marketplace model offering customers the convenience of quicker delivery (by shipping from store), easy pick-up and returns, across 1,200+ brands and 1,000 stores in 100+ Indian towns and cities.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for enthusiastic Product Design Interns to join our team. You’ll work alongside experienced designers, product managers, and developers to learn the ropes of creating intuitive, user-centered designs. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to make a meaningful impact on digital shopping experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Assist the design team in user research initiatives
• Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for our website and mobile apps.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to explore and refine design concepts.
• Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and final visual designs based on user insights.
• Participate in usability testing and help incorporate feedback into designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends to contribute fresh ideas.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A strong passion for product design and a desire to learn.
• Fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma (experience with Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus).
• A portfolio of academic or personal projects showcasing design skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
