Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of key security projects within the banking sector. This role will focus on projects including Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other security enhancements to ensure compliance with banking regulations and industry best practices.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven track record in project management for cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., SSO, PAM, MFA).
• Expertise in the banking industry with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
  
  

Desired Skills

• Exposure to IT infrastructure projects and financial operations.
• Certification in PMP or PRINCE2.
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with banking standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance and security requirements are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with banking priorities.
• Oversee the implementation of cybersecurity solutions and provide guidance on best practices for securing sensitive data.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3+ years in project management roles.
• Strong experience in managing cybersecurity projects within the banking or financial services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
